STEP 1

Send us either a copy of the Section 106 and Planning Decision Notice or draft documents/expected standards alongside your drawings in PDF to include a site plan and house/flat type general arrangements and elevations.

STEP 2

One of our experienced team will undertake a full compliance check which will include not only the standards required by planning but also commentary on design/cost efficiency and likely expectations of the Housing Association and end user.

STEP 3

We will give you the opportunity to respond to our initial report and then, once matters have been addressed, produce a Certificate of Design Standards. This can often be used to support a planning application or discharge your obligations where third party confirmation is stipulated by the Local Authority.
