Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over twenty years practical experience in the construction industry. Mark has a wealth of knowledge in the residential sector and specialises in affordable housing.

Philip joined the practice some forty six years ago and although he has significant experience in the commercial, industrial, leisure and educational sectors, his prime area of expertise is in the conservation, restoration, repair and refurbishment of historic buildings.

Steve Thomas

Development Manager & Construction Surveyor

Steve leads our new business, land finding and acquisition for residential projects. Having worked within the social housing sector as well as for contractors, regional and PLC housebuilders, Steve brings significant experience to the practice. Steve also supports our Clerk of Works and construction surveyor role.

Technical Manager

Stuart co-ordinates technical matters throughout the project lifecycle and amongst other roles, maintains project risk registers, planning trackers, grant funding compliance audits as well as leading on pre-handover and end of defects inspections.
